日本
1951年出生于大阪。
毕业于大阪都立工艺高等学校，就读时曾学习包豪斯设计，毕业后即任职于平面设计公司。在设计公司担任艺术总监期间，其平面设计的创意能力得到很大提高。1988年，创建了Taste设计公司。至今，Taste设计公司仍是日本从事设计项目和产品设计最主要的设计公司之一。此外，他在日本、中国大陆、香港等世界各地的设计学校致力于设计教育活动。他也曾被邀请参与有关策划举办“2010中国上海世博会”的研讨会，与来自中国大陆及香港的设计师共同交流探讨。南部俊安的设计具有鲜明的个人特点，他也有许多关于字体版面设计的文章发表，并担任一国际平面设计杂志的写作工作。

Osaka Prefecture birth in 1951
It works for the graphic design company after the idea and the design of Bauhaus are learnt in the Osaka city kogei high school. The creation activity is developed centering on the graphic design through the art director. Taste inc of the design office is established in 1988. It is involved in the design project of the major company in Japan and the production of the design whole and arrives now. It is engaged in the educational activity of the design at the design seminar in all parts of the world in China, Hong Kong, and Japan, etc. and the school of designings, etc. It is invited to the symposium related to the design of holding in“Expo 2010 Shanghai China: volunteer mark symposium”and it discusses it with the designer in China and Hong Kong in the seminar. Many contribute an individual feature and writing concerning the typography and the design to an international graphic design magazine as a writer.
